Community Contact Data Administrator
a. Job Responsibilities:
- Verifies that the Community Contact Activity Report is up-to-date to collect needed statistics, including the Community Chapters list
- Sends monthly reporting reminders to BCs
- Manages the Community Contact Activity Report database
- Maintains accurate record of non-reporting BCs for follow up, and identifies BCs not in compliance with reporting policies
- Aggregates Community Contact data in various ways and makes the data available to others in the organization as needed for reporting, grant writing, and other appropriate purposes
- Moderates the Volunteer Support Committee Group
