CCAR (Community Contact Activity Reporting) Workgroup Job Descriptions

     Community Contact Data Administrator

    a. Job Responsibilities:

    • Verifies that the Community Contact Activity Report is up-to-date to collect needed statistics, including the Community Chapters list
    • Sends monthly reporting reminders to BCs
    • Manages the Community Contact Activity Report database
    • Maintains accurate record of non-reporting BCs for follow up, and identifies BCs not in compliance with reporting policies
    • Aggregates Community Contact data in various ways and makes the data available to others in the organization as needed for reporting, grant writing, and other appropriate purposes
    • Moderates the Volunteer Support Committee Group

    b. Job Requirements:

    • Strong organizational skills

    c. Estimated Time Commitment:

    • 2-5 hours per month
