The Funding and Development committee is responsible for all fundraising efforts for Breastfeeding USA, including seeking financial and in-kind donations, building and maintaining general memberships, and seeking grant funding opportunities. The committee works in accordance with Breastfeeding USA financial policies and procedures to procure, protect and secure Breastfeeding USA assets and financial information and donors’ personal information.
Funding & Development Workgroup
Builds a network of support from individuals, businesses, charitable foundations, or governmental agencies that will help Breastfeeding USA grow and thrive. Activities may include fund drives, donor relations, grant writing, and fundraising events.
